About Me

Early Years Professional
I have 15 years experience working in nursery settings (mainly a local authority setting for 3-5 year olds). I hold a 1st class BA(Hons) in Early Childhood, Education & Care (2012); Early Years Professional Status (2013); Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Policy & Practice (2011), GCEs including Maths, English & Science. I am currently a Teaching Assistant working in a local authority nursery school. I cover PPA, staff training and sick leave for level 3 nursery nurses and work with children who have additional needs. From September 2015, I will be attending the University of Hull as a Salaried Teaching Student with a placement in the local authority nursery that I have worked at for 15 years.
